If I am going to watch a music video, I usually like to watch a country music video or a Christian music video. My reason for that is because I don't have to worry about seeing something I would prefer not to see. I have seen the occasion country music video that I have had to turn off but for some reason the country music video industry isn't quite as bad as the pop or rap music videos. The music can be so catchy but the words and the videos border on pornography. I don't want to watch that and I sure don't want my kids watching that. I don't have anyone young in my home anymore. My youngest is now 18 but I still don't like for her to watch anything suggestive. She's pretty good about changing the channel if something suggestive comes on. Christian music videos are always pretty safe to watch. It bothers me to think that tweens and young teens are learning about the world by watching music videos that should be rated for a much older audience.
